Work Update

I sent in my official two-weeks notice by email on Monday afternoon. I also told the sub-contractor that I sent it. THe next word I got from the people I sent the letter to. She was a VP for something, and she was always the about the business, compared to everyone else at the main office. She asked if I had something lined up, and I responded with "not exactly". She basically told me of another small business that she has been also working with lately. This business has a couple big contracts with ATF and they do a lot of work with EDS and blah blah blah. She then mentioned that she could get me hired there, and still stay at the current project at the CDC. So I could easily stay here at this cool project, and then move on to bigger and better within a company that is actually stable. SO I forwarded her my updated resume and I'll call the guy in the morning. I'll weigh his offer, and see how it compares to anything else. Then figure some stuff out.
