Monday Night

WOW!!! I just completed one of my life goals. Not any major goals, just one of those things I'd wanted to do that I thought would be really fun. I just attended the taping of the Colbert Report. And my excitement level is off the charts. I think it was a really good episode, and I truly enjoyed myself. I haven't laughed as heartily, while feeling such a level of AWE in a long time. Just the whole experience was good. The instructions from the stage managers and the warm up comedian were really funny, and it was definitely an experience I will not forget anytime soon. Only sucky part was no cameras/phones were allowed inside. But I did take a picture in the bathroom, lol, "Take That VIACOM!!!". The whole thing was just SO amazing!! This experience really helped keep my excitement level and optimism for the month really high, and the next step... DC Pride!
